FREE Program - 2010 Herb of the Year - Friday, March 12, 2010
The Herb Society of Saltsburg will present a free program on Dill, the 2010 Herb of the Year. The Special Guest Speaker is Becky Griffith of Shadowwood Gardens. Light refreshments will be provided and all guests receive a coupon to use at the Canal Days Sale for a free plant worth $5 or less, or 10% off purchases of $10 or more. Recycling Days - Saturday, March 20, 2010
Girl Scout Troop 40185 will hold collection from 9am - Noon across from Fueland (Glassmart). Bins will be there throughout the weekend for anyone unable to drop off during that timeframe. Please put your recyclables in the appropriate bins. They will be labeled. Items accepted include: newspapers, magazines, rinsed #1 and #2 plastics, metal & aluminum cans, and glass (clear, brown or green).

Cash Bash - Sunday, April 11, 2010
Doors open at 3:00pm. Event begins at 4:00pm at the Fire Hall in Saltsburg. $20.00 - includes food and beer. Must be 21 to enter. Call Michele for tickets at 724-639-3728.
